CNC Machining and Manufacturing Support for Custom Metal Parts
Based in Foshan, China, Hongke supports overseas customers with CNC-machined parts, tooling components, and related manufacturing projects from prototyping through repeat production.
Foshan Hongke Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a CNC machining manufacturer based in Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. We began operating in 2018, building on prior machining experience. We focus on CNC-machined parts, tooling components, and related custom hardware.
We connect drawing review, manufacturing, and inspection through direct communication. From prototypes and small batches to repeat production, we clarify requirements with overseas buyers and coordinate the agreed work through one point of contact.
For equipment builders, tooling and fixture teams, engineering buyers, and repeat-order customers, we review the drawing revision, material, quantity, functional requirements, and inspection needs to understand the project behind the part.
These three stages trace Hongke's development from its first workshop to the current manufacturing base.
Hongke began operating on January 16, 2018, in a 200 m² workshop, building on machining experience gained before the company started. Custom machining was the focus from the beginning and remains our core business today.
Hongke moved to a 500 m² workshop and added CNC equipment. The larger premises and investment in machining capacity marked the next stage of the business, continuing its development in custom part manufacturing.
Hongke moved to a larger workshop and invested in additional CNC equipment and machining centers. The current manufacturing base covers over 1,000 m², bringing a broader range of machining operations together in the same facility.

Custom components for tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
Grinding, Wire EDM, and finishing selected to suit part requirements.
Dimensional checks against agreed drawing requirements.

A component may combine a shaped outline, a central bore, a ground face, and several threaded holes. These requirements need to be considered together when planning the manufacturing route. Our Foshan workshop brings machining centers, CNC lathes, Wire EDM, and supporting equipment together under one manufacturing team.
Machining and dimensional inspection are carried out in-house. Surface treatments are completed by partner suppliers, with the required finish agreed on for the project. We clarify in-house and partner responsibilities when discussing the manufacturing route, inspection requirements, and delivery arrangements with you.
Machining centers and CNC turning equipment support prismatic and rotational components. Together, they provide an in-house manufacturing base for custom parts, with processes selected according to the approved drawing and project requirements before production begins.
Wire EDM, grinding, drilling, and tapping support components requiring several manufacturing operations. These processes are part of the same workshop, allowing the team to consider the work as a whole and agree on a manufacturing route based on the submitted requirements.
Practical machining experience connects drawing requirements with manufacturing and inspection. Our approach is to identify the features that need attention, agree on the required checks, and raise open questions before production, keeping the customer and workshop working from the same information.
Clarify the drawing, material, and key requirements.
Coordinate the agreed manufacturing processes for the part.
Check dimensions against the agreed acceptance criteria.
Confirm quantity, protective packing, and shipment details.
Clarify drawing notes and material requirements before machining.
Agree on which dimensions and fits need particular attention.
Review geometry, material, and tool access before selecting the manufacturing route.
Refer back to approved drawings and confirm revisions for reorders.

Our culture wall connects service, quality, and efficiency with learning and respect for people. In everyday machining work, this means reviewing drawings carefully, clarifying uncertain details, and following through on agreed requirements. We aim to earn trust through practical work and direct communication, one project at a time.
Turn requirements into clear actions and follow through.
Work to agreed criteria and raise questions when details are unclear.
Understand the application and communicate directly.
Maintain project knowledge for future orders.
Practical manufacturing. Clear action. No empty promises.

Hongke is a manufacturer based in Nanhai District, Foshan, China. We began machining operations on January 16, 2018, and now operate from a workshop of over 1,000 square meters with a 30-person team. Machining and inspection are handled in-house; surface treatments are carried out by partner suppliers.
CNC milling and turning form the core of our machining work, supported by in-house grinding, Wire EDM, drilling, and tapping. Surface treatments are arranged through partner suppliers. The manufacturing route and treatment requirements are confirmed after drawing review.
We work with aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and engineering plastics. Please specify the material grade and condition so we can review suitability for your part.
Yes. We support prototypes, small batches, and repeat production. Quantity, part complexity, material availability, and the agreed inspection scope guide the production plan.
Dimensional inspection is carried out in-house against the approved drawing and agreed requirements. Measurement methods and any required inspection records are confirmed for the project before production.
Send your available 2D drawing and 3D model, along with the material, quantity, key tolerances, surface finish, inspection requirements, and target lead time. We review the information and resolve open questions before confirming the quotation.
